Like Naomi house and Jacks place. We dontated our Secret Santa from Christmas last year to them and feel that Naomi house is amazing and what they do and offer, not only to the young people, but to their family members also.</p>
<p>Therefore, some Ladies here at Frontline <a title="Telephone Answering Service" href="http://frontlinecom.co.uk/telephone_answering_services.html">Telephone Answering Service </a>came together to take part in the Moonlight Walk which took place in Winchester on the 19th March. This is a womens only walk, but to show our dedication, yours truly took part in drag! Plus I also allowed a fellow member of the Frontline Telephone Answering Service team to wax my lovely legs :’(</p>

Or companies should hire more staff to work at the main department of customer service so they can direct callers to the correct departments if they cannot help.</p>
<p>By providing callers with less options and more person to person interaction you&#8217;ll find that your customers will be a lot happier with the service that they are receiving. You should also find that customers wont be as angry as they are not having to go through loads of options to try and get through the right person. We’ve all experienced it where you go through all the options, get through to someone then told “Sorry Sir your actually through to the wrong department” then your put back on hold and bounced to another department. This only makes things worse!
